1:1 Pilates – Online or in Studio
Enjoy personalised support with our 1:1 Pilates sessions, available both online and in studio. These sessions are tailored to your body, goals and any injuries or limitations. Whether you’re new to Pilates, pre/postnatal or simply wanting focused attention, this is the most effective way to build strength, confidence and results at your own pace.


Foam Roll Pilates Class
Release, realign and re energise in our Foam Roll Pilates class. This restorative session uses the foam roller to massage tight muscles, improve posture and activate deep core support. It’s the perfect blend of gentle strength work and self massage ideal for recovery, reducing tension and improving overall body tightness.

Suspension Pilates

Suspension Pilates combines traditional Pilates with suspension training for a full body workout that builds core strength, improves balance and enhances flexibility. From Dance to Pilates Specialist

Janine brings a wealth of experience to her Pilates teaching from her background as a former dancer/teacher & fitness instructor since age 15. Now in her 50s, Janine enriches her approach to working with different body types and needs.

Passionate about improving lives, especially for those with long-term injuries like back pain, knee issues, and pre/post-natal conditions. Janine's personalised approach yields great results, helping clients regain mobility, strength, and a better quality of life. Janine would love to introduce Pilates to you.
